| He uses mage and melee attacks. He has a special attack where he disables your prayers, and if you have prayers on at the time, he'll heal himself a little. ![]() |
Bulwark Beast | 23 | Crush, Stab |
| It uses all three attack styles. It is resistant to range, and although mage can avoid its shield, it isn't very effective. Bring the best pickaxe you can use to break through its initial shield. Then, switch to a better crush weapon or continue using the pickaxe to kill the behemoth. | |||
![]() |
Skeletal Hoard | 23 | Crush |
| The Skeletal Horde is comprised of a mob of skeletons with each one capable of either mage, range, or melee. Talk to the Divine Skinweaver to get started, and skeletons will start pouring out of the tunnels. Standing on the carpet near the Skinweaver will allow her to heal you, and she heals you more the closer you are to her. Don't try to collapse the tunnels until she tells you to. Once all tunnels are collapsed and all the skeletons are dead, talk to the Divine Skinweaver again and you can finish the dungeon. | |||
![]() |

He will summon green pools on the floor that damages players that are standing on it. The pools also serve to lower Bal'lak's defense if he is lured onto them. While outside of the room, his defense also gets lowered.

Use them on the loadstones on both sides of the Stomp to continue to the next part of the battle. If you don't activate both loadstones, he will heal himself 1/3 LP. Note: Rocks can block the loadstones!
![]() |
Har'lakk the Riftsplitter | 35 | Magic, Stab |
| Har'Lakk uses melee and magic, but also has various special attacks. This demon can summon portals, and drains your prayer rapidly. Black portals lower your stats, red portals rapidly hit you, and purple portals poison you. Avoid the portals as much as possible. ![]() |
Rammernaut | 35 | Fire, Stab |
| The Rammernaut uses melee, and can push you back and stun you. When he yells CHARGE, run towards a wall, and as he gets close, move so that he hits the wall. If he hits you with charge, you will be unable to use prayers for a short time. | |||

Sagittare | 45 | Stab, Slash |
| Sagittare uses magic-based range attacks, and can stop you from moving or running. He uses the Protect from Range prayer. ![]() |
Skeletal Trio | 71 | Various |
| There are three bosses in this room, each one specializing in their respective combat type: Melee, Range, and Magic. They use protection prayers at all times that periodically change. Two different styles of attack are required, as if you only use one type of attack, their prayer won't change from that. Unless wearing good armour and praying against your armour's weakness, you can be killed very quickly if you're not careful. | |||
![]() |
Runebound Behemoth | 71 | Stab, Range |
| This behemoth uses all three attack styles. It also prays against all attack style. To deactivate the prayers for a short period of time, activate the crystals (there is one for each attack style). There is then a cool-down period before the crystal can be used again. | |||
![]() |
Gravecreeper | 71 | Fire, Slash |
| The gravecreeper uses Melee and a Magic-Based Range attack. Everyonce in a while it will say "Burn!" and purple slime will appear around it for a few seconds, dealing a large number of damage to anyone standing on or next to it, as well as disabling prayers for a few seconds. Every 1/3 LP, it will say "Brains" and go into a Plinth. Some plinths will start glowing purple, and if you clense one (takes a large amount of prayer), the Gravecreeper will come back up right away. For every plinth that isn't cleansed, it will explode and the purple slime will be around it, and won't disappear for a long time. | |||
![]() |
Necrolord | 77 | Earth, Range |
| The Necrolord uses magics, and summons skeletons that hits through prayer. He hides behind a wall of undead hands, and therefore cannot be meleed. The skeletons cannot be attacked or walked through, so it is recommended to have a gatestone right outside the boss room, then teleport out when he summons the skeletons. They will disappear shortly, and you can re-enter the room. | |||
![]() |
Flesh-Spoiler Haasghenahk | 83 | Stab |
| This Stalker has two forms. The first uses magic and melee. Its melee attack is hardhitting and accurate. In the second form, it only uses an innacurate magic attack, but spawns appear that deal high melee damage. | |||
![]() |
Yk'Lagor the Thunderous | 89 | Magic, Slash |
| When you enter the room, you must attack four of the mages binding him, then he will break free and kill them. If a player is standing next to him, he will use melee. However, is one or more players are standing away from him, he will use his magic attack. When he yells "Come Closer", he will try to drag you in. He will heal a little bit if he succeeds. This attack can be avoided by running behind a pillar. He will also occasionally say "This is...". As soon as you hear that, run behind a pillar, or else you will be dealt large amounts of damage. | |||

![]() |
Blink | 95 | Stab |
| Blink uses all attack styles, but can't be attacked unless he's been blocked by a pillar. When he's running between portals, he will release an area effect magic attack. Having protect ranged on lessens the damage dealt, and it can be completely avoided by staying away or hiding behind a pillar. Only one pillar can be raised at a time though. You must raise a pillar and block his path, then he will become attackable. Occasionally, when he is attacking you, he will say "Here is comes". You should then hide behind a pillar. | |||
![]() |
Warped Guelga | 95 | Familiars, Slash |
| The warped guelga uses all attack styles. It will occasionally smash its tentacles into the ground, causing four sets of tentacles to box in around the player, getting closer and closer. ![]() |
Dreadnaut | 95 | Magic |

![]() |
Hope Devourer | 101 | Stab |
| This behemoth only uses melee, but will drain your life points and stats. It can also ram into you, stunning you and lowering your defense. It will sometimes give a longer roar than usual, and will disable any protection prayers, healing itself in the process. If you hear the start of the roar, turn off your protection prayers to avoid it healing. | |||
![]() |
World-Gorger Shukarhazh | 107 | Stab |
| This stalker uses all attack styles. There are three eyes in the room, one for each combat style. When the eyes are open, the World-gorger can't be damaged. The eyes are weak to the style of attack they use. It is recommended to use magic and ranged to kill the mage and range eyes respectively, meanwhile leaving the melee eye. As each eye is killed, the world-gorger will become weaker, but it becomes more resistant to the attack type of the eye that was killed. | |||
![]() |
Kal'Ger the Warmonger | 113 | Various |
| The final boss! First uses melee, then after a while flies over to the other side of the lava pit and uses magic. Flies back over and uses melee again, then ranged, and finally again melee. When he is on the other side, you can use an orb to teleport over there. It is recommended not to stay on the other side when he flies back over, or he will throw you into the lava. If you have protection prayers on, if he can't hit you for 10 attacks in a row, he will disable your prayers and deal a large amount of damage. | |||
