Starting Out
Speak to Hassan in the Al Kharid Palace. Ask if you can help him, and he will direct you to Osman, Al Kharid's spymaster, located just outside the Palace. Osman will tell you the details of the prince being held captive by Lady Keli. Osman will continue on, telling you the entire plan to rescue the prince.
Preparing
After talking with Osman, he will direct you to his daughter, Leela, located near Draynor Village. Bring all the needed items, and ask her about making a disguise, then go east and talk to Ned. Ask him if he can make other things from wool, and ask about a wig.
After Ned makes you a wig, go talk to Aggie the witch about making dyes, and then have her make a yellow dye (requires two onions and 5 gp). Use the Yellow dye on the wig to dye it blonde. Then talk to Aggie again, choosing the Prince Ali Rescue option, and ask her about making skin paste (requires ashes, bucket of water, and redberries).
Head into the jail south of Leela. Talk to Lady Keli. Choose the following options:
- Heard of you? You are famous in RuneScape!
- What is your latest plan then?
- Ah, I see. You must have been very skillful.
- Can you be sure they will not try to get him out?
- Could I see the key please?
- Could I touch the key for a moment please?
Plan in Action
Go back to Leela and she will give you the key. She will tell you to find a way to distract Joe, the guard. Talk to him and offer him some beer, and he will take it. You will offer him another, but he will refuse. You'll give him two more to him anyway to drink later. He ends up drinking them both anyway. Joe will be drunk, and is no longer a problem.
Now use the rope on Lady Keli. You will tie her up and put her in a cupboard. Open the prison door and talk to Prince Ali. You will give him the disguise, and he'll put it on and leave to Leela.
Finishing Up
You will now be able to use the Al-Kharid toll gate free of charge. Go back to Al Kharid and talk to Hassan to claim your reward.
