Surok Escapes!
To start, approach the Saradomin statute north-east of Varrock, and talk to Surok Magis. Follow him into the the Dagon'hai Hideout by entering the statute. If you haven't done so already, use a bronze pickaxe (Anna Jones nearby will give you one) on the statute.
Enter the portal in the eastern room (NOTE: Not the portal to the chaos altar!)
The Chase!
Follow Surok through the Chaos Tunnels. Use protection prayers as needed to avoid damage. It is recommended to have an anti-dragon fire shield with you as well, as you will have to pass a couple rooms dragons.
Portals sometimes have footsteps leading to them, so this will help with finding your way through. You will occasionally see a cut-scene.
At one point he will summon two giant wolves to attack you. You are not required to kill these, and can just run through the next portal. Once you're in the room with the gargoyles, you can optionally exit the chaos tunnels and go bank, then return from that same entrance/exit to the tunnels and continue on.
Bork
When you finally corner Surok in the far reaches of the tunnels, he will then summon Bork, a Big Ork. Bork attacks with a fast and heavy-hitting melee attack. Surok will occasionally attack with a powerful magic attack. It is recommended to protect from melee, and eat as necessary from Surok's attacks.
After Bork has lost a third of his HP, he will summon 2-4 Ork Legions. These attack with melee and ranged. You can kill these optionally for a few extra charms. If you're lower leveled, it is recommended to ignore these and concentrate on Bork.
After killing Bork, Surok will teleport away and summon the power of Zamorak. Grab the loot from Bork and teleport out.
