Starting
Start by talking to a Barbarian Guard outside of the Barbarian Agility Course at the Barbarian Outpost. Tell them you want to go through the gate, then tell them that you really are a Barbarian. They'll tell you that you must drink like a Barbarian too, and give you a challenge: The Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl!
Simply take the card they give you to each bar listed on there, and the bartender will give you their stronger drink, and sign the card.
