A Dark Fortune
Start by speaking to Gypsy Aris in her tent in the center of Varrock. She'll offer to tell your fortune for some "silver" (she means gold), accept her offer. She'll see a great demon, Delrith, will be returning.
She will tell you that you are destined to stop Delrith this time. Ask how you're supposed to stop him. Ask how Wally managed to kill Delrith. A cut-scene will follow.
Ask what the incantation was (make sure to write it down!), then ask where you can find Silverlight. Gypsy Aris will inform you that Sir Pyrsin currently has it.
The Keys
Talk to Sir Prysin (his location is marked in red on the above map). Tell him Gypsy Aris sent you. Continue asking about Silverlight, and he will tell you that it requires three keys to open the box containing it.
He kept one for himself, one key to Captain Rovin, and the last to Wizard Traiborn.
Key 1
Ask Sir Prysin for his key. He will tell you that he accidentally dropped it down a drain just outside the Palace kitchen. Use a bucket of water on the drain (marked in yellow on the above map) to dislodge the key, and it will fall into the sewer. Head to the sewer entrance (marked in cyan on the above map).
After entering the sewers, follow the northwest path up to a dead-end, and take the rusty key next to the skeletons.
Key 2
Head back to the ground floor of the Varrock palace, and go up the stairs twice in the northwest corner of the castle. On the third floor, speak to Captain Rovin. Choose the following options:
- Yes I know, but this is important.
- There's a demon who wants to invade this city.
- Yes, very.
- They're not going to fight the demon, I am!
- Sir Prysin said you would give me the key.
- Why did he give you one of the keys then?
He will then give you the key.
Key 3
Items Needed for this Part: 25 Bones
Head to the town of Draynor Village, then follow the path south out of the city. Cross the bridge and head to the second floor of the Wizards' Tower. Speak to Wizard Traiborn, and ask about the key.
He doesn't seem to know what you're asking about, so ask him if he has any keys knocking around. He'll tell you that he needs 25 bones to get into his closet, and offer to get them for him.
Talk to him again after you have the bones, he'll summon his closet and retrieve the key.
The Ritual
Return to Sir Prysin with all of the keys. He will unlock the case and give you Silverlight! Head south out of town and walk near the Stone Circle. Dark Wizards will be summoning Delrith.
When the fight starts, be sure to kill the Dark Wizards first. If you need to, you can leave the Stone Circle area to safely get away. When attacking Delrith, the only weapon that can hurt him is Silverlight, so make sure it's equipped.
When his life points reach 0, you are given several incantation options. Pick the correct one (hopefully you wrote it down) and he will be sucked back into the dimensions from where he came.
